Our work in this field with Peugeot SMI helped to secure them a major training award in 1999 for the Leading the Peugeot Experience Dealer Development Programme.

We design outdoor team building, outdoor leadership and outdoor management development activities, challenges and projects for many reasons. The outcome is invariably to enhance the performance of our client organisations.
Our outdoor team building activities range from exercises run on the lawn of the training centre, to challenging outdoor events based on business scenarios focusing on manufacturing, business administration and customer care processes, to name a few.
